Refund policy

We want you to be able to shop at AU Fabric with confidence. Once unstitched fabric has been cut, washed/handled etc. for any reason, including a change of mind, the fabric cannot be returned for any reason. We are confident in the quality of what we send out, and the protection we offer is that the fabric cannot be returned for any reason once it has been cut, washed/handled etc.

Returned and exchanged items must be reported for return or exchange when the following occurs:

·         The fabric is damaged, ripped, stained or has a printing/color defect.

·         You get a wrong design, color or product from orders.

·         The request is made within the time frame of 7 days after the date of delivery.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

·         The fabric should be unused, uncut, unwashed and unstitched.

·         The product must be packaged as original and with all tags and labels intact.

·         An image of the problem or a brief video showing the problem must be sent to our support team for analysis.

If a return is not accepted:

Any fabric which has been cut, stitched, washed, dyed, ironed or otherwise treated by the customer shall be irretrievably lost to AU Fabric for the purposes of return or exchange even if a defect is discovered at a later time. Customers are advised to check fabric thoroughly when it is first delivered to them and before they send it to the tailor.

How Refunds & Exchanges Are Processed

Upon approval of your return request, AU Fabric will, based on the situation and your request, either:

·         Make arrangements for replacement of the same product (where possible); or

·         Refund the order amount, by bank transfer for online orders, or make an appropriate adjustment for orders paid on delivery.

Return & Exchange - How to Request

If you have received your order in an undamaged and wrong way, here's how you can ask for a return or exchange:

1.      Get in touch with our support team within 7 days after delivery by e-mail or phone (see details below).

2.      Provide order number and detailed pictures or video of damaged product or product not received.

3.      Our team will look into your request and let you know if it is covered under our Returns & Exchange Policy.

4.      After approval, we will replace or refund, as appropriate.
