Order Processing

After receiving an order on the AU Fabric site, the staffing team checks the order and once it has been verified, the fabric is prepared for dispatch. Shortly after order is confirmed, it is handed to one of our trusted courier partners who are chosen according to the location.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

AU Fabric is distributed with trustworthy and well reputed couriers all around Pakistan. The courier used for your order may vary depending on your city and area, to ensure the fastest possible delivery. The delivery time of the standard product is 4-5 working days from dispatch.

·         Heavy fog can delay delivery times particularly in the winter months.

·         Strikes, law or order problems in certain cities or routes, and political problems are other reasons for potential delays for which AU Fabric is not responsible.

·         If there is any delay expected, our customer support team will make sure to let you know and give you up to date tracking.
